  • Completion of documents for the Polish Central Statistical Office
  • Preparation of payrolls based on a remuneration system involving active employment contracts (umowy o pracę)

  • Preparation of payrolls formatted as text files compatible with the client’s banking software
  • Completion of Social Insurance Institution RMUA forms for each employee
  • Preparation and sending of monthly statements of account to the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS), as well as other monthly reports

PFRON (National Disabled Persons Rehabilitation Fund) financing

  • Registration of disabled people engaged in economic activity, of companies employing disabled people, and of disabled farmers or farmers who are obliged to make contributions for a disabled cohabitant
  • Monthly information about the social insurance contribution assessment base, social insurance contributions, employment and the degree of disability of disabled employees
  • Preparation of applications for the disbursement of refunds for monthly contributions
